CIP-MCMM Bioinformatics Workshop 2008 – Exploiting Public Resources for Clinical Research
CIP and MCMM is offering a bioinformatics workshop again this year to all MCMM trainees who are interested. Please register by sending an email to uoft.cip@utoronto.ca with your full name, affiliation or supervisor name, and which day or sessions you will be attending. There is no fee for attending the workshop but we kindly ask that if you register and decide not to attend, to please email us in advance and let us know. Please see the attached agenda here.
The CIP-MCMM Bioinformatics Workshop 2008 on March 18 & 19th is being held at the Discovery Commons, Medical Sciences Building, Rm 3281. Preliminary program below. You do not have to attend the first day in order to participate in the second day. Participation in both days strongly welcomed.
****Please note, you must bring your own laptop with wireless capabilities to participate in the hands-on portions on the second day. You can still attend the workshop without a laptop but would have to just "look on" with someone else with a laptop during the practical exercises. We may have one or two laptops that may be shared if it is impossible for you to get one. We apologize for the limited availability.
All CIP, MD/PhD, and MCMM trainees are invited.
Lunch is provided.
